With the aim of making your property in Portugal and Spain as hassle free as possible, we have created our Aftersales Division that we put at the exclusive disposition of those who purchased their new home through CSF Property.
Whether you want to furnish your new property, install sky television, internet or air conditioning, check out local schools, or arrange medical insurance, we will assist you directly or we will put you in contact with those companies whose services we will be happy to recommend.
We have devided our Aftersales service into two packages depending on the intended use of your new property. Our first package is individually designed to meet your requirements if the property is for your use only (and of course friends and family), or for total relocation. Our second package is for our clients who intend to rent their property for short term holiday lets (of course with as much, or as little personal use required). This is ideal for those owners who do not have the time or the inclination to deal directly with guests visiting their property so we will take care of both the rental management and also the care of your guests so all you have to do is sit back and relax.
Both packages include full property management and key holding services.
